Authentic Products Guarantee Policy
Products offered for sale on gizsale are authentic. If the product you received is confirmed as counterfeit product, please contact us within 90 days of the order being received and provide the valid proof of inauthenticity. After confirmation by gizsale, you will receive the refund of the actual payment amount for the product, along with a coupon which is worth twice as much the product value.
Notes:
1. Valid proof of inauthenticity(verification proof of inauthenticity issued in the official website of corresponding brand) is needed. It need to be original and real without any alteration, addition or deletion, otherwise the proof will be invalid and gizsale will not provide you this service.
2. If you use this service for profit, you will not enjoy this policy and your credit rating would be downgraded.
3. The coupon only can be used to buy products in the same category and is not transferable. The valid period is 6 months.

Shipping Insurance Service Policy
Shipping insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable item during shipping. If your item is reported lost or damaged and covered by Shipping Insurance, gizsale will offer you a compensation(refund/exchange item/a new replacement/reship accessory, etc.) based on the related proof you provided.
Note:
1. Refund is not valid while the item is damaged artificially.
2. The extra loss caused by the following situations is outside scope of Shipping Insurance:
(1) Force majeure events, such as, natural disasters
(2) Any item detained by Customs or restricted to be imported
(3) Any item destroyed by local authorities in accordance with local laws relating to the illegal or restricted importation

Why is my package delayed and the tracking information is not updated?
Package delay may be caused by epidemic situation, flight delay, slow customs clearance process, national policy adjustment, holidays and other force majeure factors.
Tips: When the package is delayed, the tracking information will be in a certain node for a period of time, and the tracking information will not be updated until the package reaches the next transportation node.
- If your package is delayed, please deal with the following process:
-Check the tracking information of the package.
-Confirm whether the delivery time is on weekends or major holidays.
-Confirm whether you have received the emails notifying delay from us.
-Confirm whether your address and phone information are accurate.
Special statement, package delay caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, severe weather, war, and any other events beyond our direct control) , is not within the scope of our responsibility.
Customs Duties:
Customers are obliged to inform themselves about customs duties and customs regulations in their country. All prices on the website do not include customs fees and import sales tax of the respective recipient countries.
Usually, we declare the package at a lower price to help buyers to avoid or have fewer customs fees, but in some countries, customs policies are very strict, buyers are obliged to pay customs fees on imported products.

- Some remote areas in Europe(island included) cannot be shipped by Express(EU Priority shipping), only ship by DHL/FedEx, so customs duties cannot be avoided.
About IOSS - One Stop Shop(European Union Region)
The Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) was introduced as part of the eCommerce Package. The IOSS changes how Value-Added Tax (VAT) on imported goods can be accounted for.
The IOSS allows a taxable person to register in a single Member State to declare, and pay, European Union (EU) import VAT. The IOSS can only apply to certain supplies. Where the IOSS is availed of, the import VAT due is not collected by Customs. The import VAT is, instead, remitted through a monthly IOSS return.
The IOSS can be used to declare, and pay, the import VAT due where:
- the goods in question are located outside the EU at the time they are sold
- the goods are dispatched in consignments of an intrinsic value not exceeding €150
- the goods in question are not subject to excise duties.
The use of the IOSS by suppliers is not mandatory. However, the scheme does have a number of benefits for suppliers and consumers.
Where the IOSS is used, no import VAT will be collected by Customs at the point of importation. Consumers will, instead, pay the VAT due on the goods at the point of sale. Consumers will therefore avoid any further tax or customs charges upon delivery of the goods.
