If the product you received is confirmed as counterfeit product, please contact us within 90 days of the order being received and provide the valid proof of inauthenticity. After confirmation by gizsale, you will receive the refund of the actual payment amount for the product, along with a coupon which is worth twice as much the product value.
Notes:
1. Valid proof of inauthenticity(verification proof of inauthenticity issued in the official website of corresponding brand) is needed. It need to be original and real without any alteration, addition or deletion, otherwise the proof will be invalid and gizsale will not provide you this service.

Shipping Insurance Service Policy

If your item is reported lost or damaged and covered by Shipping Insurance, gizsale will offer you a compensation(refund/exchange item/a new replacement/reship accessory, etc.) based on the related proof you provided.

Why is my package delayed and the tracking information is not updated?
