their customer service is best. i ordered a mix fold 3. they are sending it to me by DHL, everytime i email them with questions about the device, they always answer fast. They are even removing the chinese bloatware and installing google play store for me so i can us my apps. They make shippment on Monday and and i should get it in a week.
